Booking Information
Weekly bookings run from Saturday to Saturday (please contact me if another start date is required, if it is possible I will endeavour to meet your needs).
Short breaks run from Monday to Friday and Friday to Monday
Bookings are from 3pm on the day of arrival and until 10am on the day of departure. We would ask you to adhere to these times as we do need this period to prepare the property for our next guests.
Please note that short breaks may not be available during peak holiday periods.
The rental price is fully inclusive of gas, electricity and bed linen
A non refundable deposit of 30% of the booking fee is payable at the time of booking or within seven days of making a reservation. No reservation will be treated as confirmed until the deposit has been received.
A security bond of £100 is required with all bookings. This is fully refundable following a satisfactory inspection of the property following your departure. This will be returned within seven days minus any costs for breakages, damage, late check out or additional cleaning charges.
The balance and security bond is payable in full eight weeks prior to arrival. If a booking is made within eight weeks of the arrival date, the total booking fee and security bond must be paid in full at the time of booking.
The guests listed on the booking form are the only people permitted to use the property; if the guest list changes please advise me prior to your arrival. Breaches to these terms will result in the immediate termination of the contract.
Stag, Hen and Student parties are not permitted at the property
Pets are not allowed at the property
Smoking is not permitted at the property
Booking Terms and Conditions
All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions detailed below (the ‘Booking Terms’) and are between the person identified as the Lead Guest in the Booking Form (‘You/Your’) and T A & M P Mullen (‘We/Us/Our’)
Bookings can only be made by persons on or over 18 years of age and will only be confirmed when the completed booking form and payments have been received by us.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a Booking at Our sole discretion at any time
In consideration of Your Booking You will have exclusive access to Cobblestones for the Term detailed on the Booking Form
Bookings are made in accordance with the Booking Pricelist from time to time in force
We reserve the right to amend, alter or replace any or all of the Booking Terms without notice
BOOKING CONDITIONS
You warrant that the number in the party is as stated on the Booking Form. Only persons detailed in the Booking Form are authorised to use or otherwise have access to Cobblestones. Renters who exceed occupancy numbers will be subject to eviction.
Guests have no right of tenure and are required to act respectfully and lawfully at all times
You are responsible for Cobblestones and all guests named on the Booking Form during the Term
You undertake to report any loss or damage to Us as soon as it is discovered
The use of fireworks on or in the vicinity of Cobblestones is forbidden
Smoking is prohibited inside Cobblestones although smoking is permitted outside
With the exception of guide dogs, no domestic or feral animals are permitted within Cobblestones at any time
Whilst the Booking Fee includes a charge for cleaning Cobblestones following your departure, it must be left in a clean and orderly state with all crockery and utensils clean and put away, and all rubbish removed, wrapped securely and put in the outside bin provided
House parties are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction
PAYMENT TERMS
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the Booking Fee (the ‘Deposit’) is required to secure the Booking
The balance of the Booking Fee (the ‘Balance’) is required 8 weeks prior to the Arrival Date (the ‘Due Date’)
Should the Booking requested be received within 8 weeks of the Arrival
Date, the full Booking Fee is immediately due and payable.
