Nestling at the end of a leafy lane just to the south of Bowness sits Cobblestones, a double fronted traditional Lakeland cottage which is really warm and cosy in the winter and in the summer the garden is perfect for enjoying the outdoors..

Meadowcroft Cottages are a small cluster of cottages combining old and new properties, located in a quiet area to make for a relaxing holiday at any time of year. The bustling town of Bowness is a mere 15 minutes level walk and the public car ferry and launching area are close by, providing opportunities for exploring Hawkshead, Sawrey and Coniston.

The exclusive Windermere Marina Village can be found at the end of the lane, offering bar and restaurant facilities. There is also a shop for all your immediate needs i.e. milk, papers, groceries etc.

Day passes can be purchased for the Leisure Club at £6 for an adult and £5 for a child (children under 2 go free). Alternatively, a family ticket for a swim (2 adults, 2 children) would be £17.
